What are your daily 10?

Did you know we can make ourselves anxious by thinking about the future and things that haven’t even happened yet?
No wonder I feel anxious so often.
Four years ago (during the Covid-19 pandemic) in an attempt to get out of my overthinking head and ground myself, I came up with my 'daily 10'.
Before bed, if I was feeling anxious, overwhelmed or my thoughts were racing, I would rewind my day in my head and make a list of 10 things that I felt, experienced or noticed.
It became sort of a ritual and I still to do them today, just head over to our instagram stories and you'll see them there.
Now I understand that not everyone will want to share their daily 10 on instagram for everyone to see, so if you want to make a list of the 10 things that happened during your day, our daily 10 list pad is perfect to keep by the side of your bed.
Get comfortable, take a deep breath and think about your day, what did you notice or experience and how did you feel...write it all down and let it go.
